Dispatch & timing

Same-day dispatch: Order before 1:00pm GMT, Monday–Friday and your order will be dispatched the same day.

Working days only: Estimated delivery times are provided by our couriers and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Holiday periods: Delivery times may take longer around bank holidays and public holidays (Christmas, New Year etc.).

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

International customs & duties

For international orders, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply on arrival in your country.
