We hope you love your pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's exactly how it works — no surprises. Everything is handled through our online portal.
The essentials at a glance
Request within 14 days of delivery · post back within 7 days of your request · free UK exchanges (we cover the reship) · return postage for refunds is paid by you · items must be unworn with tags attached.
Prefer a different size? Exchange it for free.
If your piece isn't the right fit, swap it for another size in the same style. You post it back to us, and we'll ship your replacement free of charge (UK customers) — so you get the piece you love without losing out.
Start an exchangeReturning for a refund
Start your return through our portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll then have a further 7 days to post the item(s) back to us.
Return postage for refunds is arranged and paid for by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we're unable to refund parcels lost in transit to us. There are no additional handling fees.
Condition of returns
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and free from marks, makeup, fake tan and perfume, with all tags still attached.
Every order carries a ‘do not remove’ tag — items are not eligible for return once it has been removed. For swimwear, briefs must be returned with the hygiene strip intact; without it we're unable to accept the return.
All returns are quality-checked on arrival. Anything returned damaged or soiled will be refused and returned to you.
Sale items
Items purchased in a sale can be exchanged (UK customers) or refunded as store credit only.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event your piece arrives faulty, please email returns@melissaphair.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can put it right for you straight away.
Refunds
Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method in full and typically take 10–14 working days to appear.
By placing an order with Melissa Phair you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy. We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect once posted here.
