At Melissa Phair, we hope you love your pieces as much as we do! However, if your item is unsuitable, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns costs are covered by the customer and we do advise all customers to use a tracked service as we can not accept returns that are lost.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and free of stains, makeup, fake tan products and perfume. All orders have a ‘do not remove tag’, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. For our Swim wear Collection, any briefs returned without their hygiene strip will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All items are quality controlled by our distribution centres. Any items returned damaged or soiled will be refused. Once an item has passed our returns inspection, a £5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Items
If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue together.

Items bought in our SALE can be exchanged for UK customers or offered as Store Credit only.
Exchanges
You can exchange (for the same item) in a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. You pay the shipping return to us but we will ship your new order for free (UK customers only)
Refunds
Refunded items can take 10-14 working days to be credited back to the original payment method.
Changes to the Returns Policy
Melissa Phair reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
